HUAO Reassurance Project

With the continuous improvement of international quality control standards, our factory strictly controls production quality, continuously improves the production environment, and prioritizes the health and safety management of staff to produce environmentally friendly and high-quality Alumina series products. From the early stages of production until now, HUAO has maintained stable quality and continuously increased output.

To protect the rights and interests of our customers, we have established the HUAO Reassurance Project, which includes six reassurance items:

1. Quality Reassurance

Raw material testing:

The raw ore is imported, and the raw materials must undergo laboratory testing. We cooperate with the top 2 domestic manufacturers.

Product Inspection:

Raw materials, green bodies, and inline products are sampled and inspected every 2 hours to ensure full process compliance. Before entering the warehouse, each transit package product is inspected. Every shipment batch is verified by an independent accredited testing institution before dispatch.

2. Packaging Reassurance

All packaging materials (jumbo bags, cartons, pallets) are sourced from strategic partners with over 20 years of cooperation.

Our jumbo bags (ton bags) are engineered 200g heavier than standard market specifications for superior durability.

We value the standards of various countries and keep an eye on their policies at all times.

Conduct random inspections on products from time to time.

Tailored container protection solutions (heavy cardboard liners, air dunnage bags, etc.) are applied based on cargo requirements.

3. Service Reassurance

Our team has sufficient personnel and clear responsibilities.

Factory self-inspection physical testing results will be available on the same day, chemical testing results will be available within 3 days, and third-party testing results will be available within 7 work days.

Our logistics team provides 7x18h real-time tracking to guarantee timely arrival at destination ports.

Management and sales teams conduct regular annual visits and client receptions for face-to-face problem-solving.

4. Operational Reassurance

The new and old members of the team have safely transitioned, led by a young team, develop with greater vitality, perseverance, and stability.

Age of Sales and Business Team: 20 +.

Age of Technical and management team: 30 +.

Age of Consulting and Support Team: 50 +.

5. Traceability Reassurance

Sample retention for each batch of raw materials.

Retained samples for every shipped order are stored for at least 6 months, complete with order number, production batch, delivery time, quality inspection results, etc.

6. Logistics Reassurance

Dedicated personnel assigned to oversee each shipment.

Self-owned logistics, military veterans team, punctual, timely, and safe.

Comprehensive pre-loading container checks accompanied by required photo documentation.
